wow i love this guy’s blog. as an ex-vegan myself, he has a lot of valid points. lots.
I think in some cases, the “average, unskilled vegan” is basically the polar opposite of a fast food junkie. I think some peeps miss out on a lot of nutrients because they don’t have enough money to properly live the lifestyle, and as a result their health suffers. It’s much different than fatasses, but sort of similar at the same time.
